    Our new advanced LED console  combines  the latest  technology  in commercial treadmills with a user- friendly , simplistic design.  A large dot matrix display features Track, Speed and Incline profiles intermittently for efficient feedback on the progress of the workout. Whether you’re walking or running,  each console button is oversized for easy speed and incline adjustability. A large stop button with an emergency stop safety key adds  safety to any workout.

    ENDURO FLEX CUSIONING DECK: An innovative design new to the fitness market provides  users with a comfortable and quiet workout while reducing impact up to 40%.   This 1” reversible , Double sided Phenolic  Deck is wax lubricated thus eliminating stress on the motor.

     

    PRECISION WELDED FRAME: Precise and accurate welding is critical in designing treadmills,  Body Solid/Endurance Treadmills  begin with a strong frame capable of handling users  of all levels, large and small.  Each frame has  an epoxy powder coat paint applied to it’s all steel welded construction

     

    ENDURANCE MOTORS: Endurance by Body Solid T100 motor is the heaviest and most powerful motor of its class.  Our 3hp continuous duty motor has a large diameter with all steel zinc coated balanced flywheels for a vibration-free running surface.    Our new  ENDURO Motor Filtration cools and cleans the motor for longer life.

     

    ROLLERS: The T100  3” rollers possess a sealed bearing design and copper ground wires to reduce static.  This large roller  creates a larger contact surface with the belt to reduce motor exertion while creating a  fluid, quiet motion.

     

    BELT: The Endurance T100 has a durable multi ply belt  carefully  chosen to provide comfort and substantially reduce impact  energy from each foot strike.

    CANCELLATIONS

    RETURN ELIGIBILITY

    Do not discard the original packaging, as this will nullify your refund.  Under no circumstances are products to be returned without their full and original packaging.  

    For a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, in unused condition. Return requests will be accepted from a period up to 30 days of when you received your item(s). Unfortunately, certain items, such as our heavier products, ship directly from our manufacturers and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.     RETURN PROCEDURE

    1. Email your order number and the reason for your return to Returns@StroFitness.com. Please be specific when explaining the circumstances for your return and provide pictures if necessary.

    2. As soon as your request is reviewed, we will send you a return shipping label by mail or email. You will then use the return label to ship the item(s) back to us.

    3. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your item and inform you of the status of your refund.

    RETURN SHIPPING

    If your return is due to an error on our end, we will gladly pay for return shipping. If the reason for your return is not due to an error on our end, depending on the item being returned, you may be responsible for some or all of the shipping costs.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    Do not discard original packaging until the contents have been carefully inspected.  

    While delivering a damaged product is quite rare, we know that anything is possible.  When your package arrives, it is your responsibility to inspect the package thoroughly.  If you notice any visible damage, please accept the package and write "Package Damaged" on the form being signed. This protects you in the event that the damage occurred while in-transit. In the event that there is damage to the actual item(s) please send photos to Returns@StroFitness.com and we will help you process a return, insurance claim, and/or exchange.

    In order to receive a new product(s), you must first provide pictures of the defective product(s) for review. Also, you must return the "defective" product to the address provided in order to receive your new product(s).  Once everything is accounted for you should receive your new product within 7-14 business days.  

    REFUNDS:

    Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account that you used when placing your order. A refund will automatically initiate after a cancellation or return request is processed. However, if you would like to inquire about the status of an existing refund, please contact us at Returns@StroFitness.com.
